Return & Refund Policy
At Shetty Bros Moto, we stand behind the quality of our genuine KTM and Jawa spare parts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you received an incorrect or damaged item, our 7-day return policy ensures a smooth resolution.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
- The spare part must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition. Any part that shows signs of installation or grease marks will not be accepted.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, brand labels, and the original invoice intact.
- Note: Electronic components (like CDIs, sensors, wiring harnesses) and custom-ordered aftermarket parts are strictly non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please message us on our WhatsApp support or email us at support@shettybrosmoto.com. You must provide:
- Your Order ID.
- A clear unboxing video and photos showing the condition of the part and the packaging.
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed immediately.
Refunds will be credited automatically to your original method of payment via our secure payment gateways (Razorpay or Cashfree). Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
4. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is shipped and the tracking number is generated, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you will need to follow the standard return process upon receiving the package.
